Transmembrane Protein 3D Structures - Predicted by Evolutionary Couplings

Comparison results of individual protein domanis blindly predicted with experimentally KNOWN structures

Evolutionary couplings and predicted 3D folds for transmembrane proteins compared to known 3D structures.

The fold accuracy is measured by TM score - Template modeling scores (range 0.0 - 1.0). TM score is consided reasonable when > 0.5.

Cα-RMSD - root-mean-square deviation in Å (number of residues).

Meff is the effective number of sequences in the alignment after weighting by the number of sequences with sequence identity above a similarity threshold.
